Is your Jaggery processed?

It is perfected, not processed. Unlike refined sugar which is stripped of nutrients, our technology gently evaporates the sugarcane juice to retain all its natural vitamins and minerals. It is a raw, unrefined superfood, prepared with modern precision.

Will this curdle my tea or coffee?

Not at all. Because our Gur is chemically neutral (free from acidic additives used in traditional making), it blends perfectly with hot milk. It is the ideal, healthy replacement for refined white sugar in your daily brew.

No, that is actually a sign of purity! Pure Jaggery is hygroscopic, meaning it naturally absorbs moisture from the air. To prevent this, always store it in an airtight glass or steel container immediately after opening and keep it in a cool, dry place.

What is the shelf life of Gurvaani Jaggery?

Our Jaggery is best consumed within 9 months from the date of manufacture. Because it is free from artificial preservatives, freshness is key.

Does the Jaggery melt at room temperature?

It might soften, and that is actually a good sign! Pure Jaggery is naturally sensitive to heat and humidity because we do not use chemical hardeners or artificial drying agents. If kept open in humid weather, it may become sticky—this is proof of its purity. To keep the cubes perfect, always store them in an airtight container away from direct sunlight or heat.
